Guarantee:
We offer a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on all the products that we sell. The purchaser must pay for the shipping to return the item to us and we will refund the purchase price including handling charges and the cost to ship the item to the customer in the first place.

If the customer purchased multiple items and keeps any one of the items, we will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased but not the shipping and handling since we only charge shipping for 1 item and all additional items on a single order are shipped for free.

Shipping:
We ship all our products with the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail. The packages usually arrive in 2-3 days from the day that we ship. The delivery time will be longer during the holidays.  We do not offer any other shipping option.

Because of the custom engraving that we do on many of the items that we sell, the processing time can vary from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on our order load.

Shipping and Handling Cost:

We charge $6.95 shipping and handling for the 1st item ordered. All additional items ordered at the same time are shipped at no additional charge.  Whether the customer orders 1 item or 50 items on 1 ticket, the shipping and handling price is only $6.95.

If a customer calls and places an order for 1 item and is charged $6.95 for shipping and handling and finalizes the sale, then decides to call back and place another order later, a new shipping and handling fee will be charged on the new order.

Damaged Merchandise
If the merchandise is damaged when received by the customer, they may call us and we will give them instructions on how to send it back for a replacement at no charge.

Lost Merchandise
If the customer does not receive the order in a timely manner, he/she can call us and we will track the package through the USPS or we will give them the tracking number so they can track the package.  If the package shows to have been delivered, we assume that it was stolen from their mailbox and will advise them to contact their local post office and police. If it appears that the post office lost the package, we will provide a replacement at no charge to the customer.

Shipping Insurance
We do not offer shipping insurance. See Damaged and Lost Merchandise above.

Invoice
The customer's paid invoice will be sent with the merchandise.

Gift Deliveries
If you request that we send your purchased items to another person as a gift, we will not include the invoice in the package. We will include a card with your message at no extra charge.

Sales Tax
Any shipment to a Texas address will have 8.25% sales tax added to the total price.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept debit cards that have the Visa or MasterCard logo printed on the card.

We do not accept any other forms of payment.

Privacy
We may send sales information to our customer from time to time.  We will never transfer our customer's information to a third party.

Credit Card Security
We are compliant with the recently enacted strict credit card security rules.
