Horny Toad

Lifelike replica of a West Texas horny toad or the "Horned Lizard" as some smarty-pants biologist might say. When agitated, these guys will actually squirt blood from their eyes...its true, I've seen it myself. When I was a kid and before it was socially and politically unacceptable, we used to catch these little guys out in West Texas, tie a little thread around them and safety pin the thread to our shirts. Those rascals would hang on like nobody's business! After we were through playing with them, we would take them back to the brush and let 'em go. It was big fun for an 8 year old. This resin replica is about 5" long.
