Privacy Policy

Here at TXN Gifts, we take your privacy seriously. Information that we gather about you on the check-out page is never sold, traded or given to a 3rd party. We may occationally send you an email or a newsletter, but if you don't want to be on the mailing list, just tell us. I have never figured out how some online merchants think that they will gain customers by making them mad. Anyway, back to the privacy policy... Any document that we print that is related to your purchase is shredded after we have shipped your order. A very limited number of people have access to your order information and none have access to your credit card information.

We only charge your credit card when we ship your order. That way, if we are out of stock on something, you don't get charged for it. If you have a question about your order before we ship, we can make adjustments before we charge your card. Of course, once we ship, your card is charged.

 

We hope that you like what you order from us, but if you get it and it is defective or you just can't stand it, we want it back. Notify us within 10 days of the shipment date and upon the satisfactory return of the item we will refund your purchase price plus the cost of shipping the item to you.  Notify us by email or regular mail and we will send you shipping instruction along with a Return Authorization number. When you return an item, you must include the Return Authorization number that we provide, so we can properly credit your account. You must send the item back to us at your expense and it must be in good condition or we will not refund your money. 

 

The best way to contact us is by email. The worst way is to call on the telephone.  As mentioned in our Privacy Policy, few people here have access to your information and since we are running a regular retail operation with lots of employees, the person that you get on the phone very likely will not be able to help you. Click on the Contact Us link to send an email.

 

We are not tree huggers, but some things just make sense. We receive lots of boxes of products every day from our distributors containing the merchandise that we sell online and in our retail store. When we can, we will re-use the boxes and packing material when we ship our orders out. That way the box and packing material get used at least twice before going to the dump or recycling bin. A few of our suppliers do the same thing which is even better. The package that you get from us may look a little used, but the dumps are a little less full and we save a little money which we pass on to our customers in the form of lower prices. Makes sense to us.
